A former 6 unit building, our clients at purchased this home with the intention of creating a sleek, modern escape in the city. After a full gut renovation, the end result is a fully custom 6 story family home complete with an added historically appropriate garage. Features include temperature controlled wine storage, an elevator, modern kitchen cabinetry and appliances, custom centered bathroom vanity, rooftop, gym, and family den. Finishes include a showstopper Sahara Noir marble fireplace, polished nickel hardware, bespoke molding and trim, marble slabs in the primary bath, and modern light fixtures throughout. When the client went to sell this home years on, it broke the record for the highest priced residential sale in the neighborhood.
